Unwavering Arcane is a 3rd Person Shooter Tower Defense where the player places defenses and uses weapons to fend of waves of enemies in order to protect their object. This game was made using the Unity Game Engine for my class, "Video Game Design Studio". I was in a team of four where I was the Designer and Producer of the project. I coordinated and mediated the team as well as wrote all the documentation for the project. I helped design the mechanics and consulted on the assets and art style. However, I also ended up coding most of the mechanics into the game as well. The art and visuals were beautifully made by scratch by our Asset Designer and Animator, Evan Greene. This is the title scene of the our game, "Unwavering Arcane". This was considered a placeholder title when we were actively working on it.

This is a screenshot of the gameplay of our game. Our game consists of a laned level where enemies push towards the objective to destroy it. Survive 10 Waves, and the player wins. The Narrative is that of a Mage Warrior in an apocalyptic world where the Hellspawn have invaded and destroyed the world above. The player, a Mage Warrior, must escort the Arcane Generator, a holy object capable of cleansing the entirety of Hell, to the depths of Hell where it will slowly charge until it finally activates its pulse and wipes all Hellspawn from existence.

This is a piece of our Player Controller Script from the game. Unity uses versions of Visual Studio as its main form of programming. This game required a good bit of code to work and a lot of that code wasn't as simple as it seemed it would be. I'm not a master programmer, but I managed to figure out the problems I encountered.

This is a mock release trailer that we were tasked to make for our game before presenting our final build. We went through multiple stages of development like we would in an actual development. Including Proof Of Concept, Alpha, Beta, and Final.
